Hello -We have call manager business edition 7.1.5
At another location with a different phone server - same Cisco call manager/system- users can get their voice mail directly in their Exchange mailbox and are able to listen to it straight from the message with something called Viewmail. How can we make the phone server at this other location use viewmail as well?
At the location that does not have this Viewmail functionality the way we can do it is to add an IMAP account to the existing Outlook profile with the phone server's IP Address. Voicemail do goes to the IMAP inbox but can only be played by double-clicking in audio file who in turns opens with an audio player (Windows Media Player, RealPlayer, etc). This is ok but would rather have the Viewmail functionality. Does this involves a license purchase and what needs to be done more ore less? Thanks in advance
