Good day all. On all the other voice mail systems that I maitained over the years I always got some good information from running user, usage and many other helpful reports. I'm told that with Unity there's very little reports that can be ran. I think that Cisco would have incorporated reports in their product. Please let me know if anyone knows if there's helpful reports that can be ran and where and how to get to them.
