Unity Subscriber and MWI

How would you build a general mailbox that's not assigned to a specific person, but will light the MWI on a phone that doesn't have a mailbox

the simplest way is to build the second line of the phone as the DN of the general mailbox and fwd it always to vm so it doesn't ever ring on the phone.
Then it will light the MWI on the phone.
is it unity or unity connection?

in ucnx you can also add another MWI extension under the users mailbox, in the message waiting indicators tab.

agreed, add the ext of the phone that does not have VM to the Mailbox
