Hi All,

We're having a problem transferring calls to our operator or main extension. For example, when someone dials a user's extension, if the user doesn't pick up then the caller can dial "0" at the voicemail greeting and get transferred to the operator, or main extension in this case. Instead of going to the operator, the call gets transferred to another user's extension.

My question is where do I find this setting so I can change it? I suspect it's in Unity but I'm not sure where. Using Unity 4.0.

Thanks for any advice.

This is set in voice mail, depending on what type you have will determine where to find it.

Typically you go to "caller input" section and change the 0 option to where you want it to go.

You can also go to the Operator Call Handler and put in the Operator's Extension. By default this is set to '0'. The Operator must have a Unity mailbox.
