Unity Question - Turning off "hello"

hi there, I have created a call handler with a menu type system. This appears to work fine, however when I get routed to this the "robot" says "sorry" and then my messages are played. Does anyone know how to turn this off?

what is the after greeting action setting?

I think you recorded the message in the wrong spot. Usually it says hello "person name" is not avaiable when there isn't a greeting recorded. I think you recorded your greeting where the name should be.

yes - this is sorted now. The recording was done on the first page and not the greeting page. Thanks for your help.
