Hello, complete newbie CCM administrator here. We just had a Cisco Call Manager (System version: 6.0.1.2000-3) install completed and not getting much response from our vendor on a few remaining issues.
Our Operator is having her phone ring with ext 4440 for 1 ring then stop...10 secs later it rings again, just once. It repeats this for several mins. This doesn't happen all the time, but the system is just a week old and this has just started.
Ext 4440 is port 1 used for Non Secure Voice Mail Port.
I even remember getting a call from this ext number on my extension but can't remember if it was a call I picked up.
I did a search for Unity port ring, and Unity Ringback but can't seem to find anything.
I greatly appreciate any help you can give me as I learn to administer this system.
