Unity Playback problem

i have got a issuse with cisco unity and playing back forwarded voicemails from other users

if a user forwards a voicemail email to another user the user that the email as been sent to cannot play the voicemail back through their phone

any ideas ???

Do they use vmo to forward it or just forward it just like any other email?
If they do the latter then that is correct. They will not be able to hear the message from their phone anymore as it becomes another email at that point.
