Unity - Phone View

Hello,

Is there a way to bulk edit Unity (8.6) users to allow phone view? I've changed it on the template but I'm not seeing where to enable it for current user. I went to users, searched a select group, selected bulk edit, but I don't see anywhere to enable phone view. Thanks

We were on 8.6.2 last week, upgraded over the weekend to 9.1, bulk editing doesn't have the enable phone view option in either version. I would look at The BAT tool to update users, maybe there's an option here but I'm not 100% on that?
