It appears an individual x11803 telephone ext. is associated to someone elses v-mail accout. I think this idivials ext. is assigned to someone v-mail MWI notification. Her MWI keeps turing on even though she has no messages. Is there someway to run a report to ID which Unity subscriber is tripping 11803 MWI?

Kind Regards,

You can run port monitor in unity tool depot and it will show you in real time what is going on with your ports. Hope this helps

MassDeployer, you can run Global Subscriber Dump in the Tools Depot to find out who's mailbox 11803 is an alternate MWI extension on (that's the problem that it sounds like).

In Global Subscriber Dump, make sure you select Alias, First Name, Last Name, Primary Extension, Primary MWI, and All Alternate MWI extensions. The program creates a CSV file, which you can open up in Excel. If you do a search on x11803 and it appears under one of the Alternate MWI extension fields, you can shoot back to the beginning of the row and easily find who's mailbox 11803 is an alternate MWI extension on and remove it via the SA.

HTH,

Oops, got the name of the tool wrong - it's Subscriber Information Dump, NOT Global Subscriber Dump (confused it with Global Subscriber Manager).
