Unity Mailbox Answer Only

Is there a way to set up a mailbox so that it only answers and plays the message/greeting?
The mailbox is set up I just need to know how to get rid of the "please leave your message after the tone" bit.

Sure, just change the "After greeting:" setting under the 'Greetings' section. You can direct the caller to another mailbox, call handler, hangup, etc.

Thats great thanks John. However to save me a trip over our external site to set this up is there a way of doing it via the Unity Admin pages?

(Before anyone asks our users aren't the most gifted so I wouldn't even try to get them to do it!)

As a matter of fact, the SA Admin pages are exactly where you do this. As far as I know, the user doesn't have any way of changing this.

This is the only way to do it. Simply change the after greeting to "hang up". They get the greeting and that is it.

Thanks, however I looked at this and it was already set to "hang up". Hmmmm....

That's an odd issue, by default "hang up" automatically terminates the session.
