For some reason when I go to delete a user i get the following error
Substitue objects have not yet been configured on this unity server. Deleting this subscriber, if it owns or is referenced by call handlers, directory handlers, interview handlers, or Restriction tables, could cause database errors.
You can either cancel the deletion and configure substitute objects or proceed with the deletion and run dbwalker to identify any database errors.
Any idea why this would just now start happening? thanks
