I have a main number coming to AA.
I want to have a different greeting for weekends and after hours. Is it possible to do so in Unity?

Office Hours (7am to 5pm) Greeting One
After Hours (5pm to 7am) Greeting Two
Weekends and Holidays Greeting Three

Right now, if I apply a schedule from 7am to 5pm (Mon thru Friday), then it plays after hours greeting from 5pm to 7am and also on weekends. I want to play Greeting Three on Weekend and Holidays and Greeting Two after 5pm till 7am (Mon thru Friday)

Please help me if anyone know how to do it...

this worked for me:

Office Hours (7am to 5pm) Standard greeting
After Hours (5pm to 7am) Closed greeting
Weekends and Holidays alternate greeting

Hope this helps.

I got it. You have to make two call handlers to make it work.
I dont know how it worked for you using alternate greeting as once you enable alternate greeting, it takes over standard and closed ones....

you set those up on the vm box. set the alternate to shut off at a certain time.

the closed greeting works off the schedule setting that you assign it.

Hope this helps.
