Hey there - Running Unity Express 3.2.1 on a 2821 router. The CUE came with the original 12 mailboxes, but I need to add another 20. I've asked our Cisco rep for a quote, but I'm wondering how that gets delivered. Do they send a key code to unlock them?

Yeah you will install a new license file that will add the 20 subscriber mailboxes.
