A customer of mine wants a DTMF-menu with time schedules. This could be done with a Unity express, but since this module is end of life I'm looking for a alternative.

I searched on the Cisco site but the only answers I find there are the UCCX. And only for a DTMF-menu this is a bit expensive.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Aha I believe I have to correct myself.

I stumbled on some additional documents. And what I understand so far is that it is not the Unity express that is EoL, but de nm(e)-cue card.

And that the Unity express software van still be installed on a ISM-module.

Am I correct here?

You are correct. You would need to upgrade the router to support the ISM-module and the latest version of Unity connection. Other options is full blown unity connection or ccx as you said.
You can also get it working on the existing Unity express even though it is end of sale. if they have support it should not be an issue.

Thanks for the reply.

we will go for the ISM-module in that case.

We do have a nm-cue card on the self, but that card is 1.x software I believe and we don't know if it works. And to add a smartnet contract to it without even knowing if it is still working is a bit risky :D
