Unity dropping call in middle of message

A number of people have complained that Unity is dropping the call while outside callers are trying to leave messages.

Unity is obviously picking up, playing the recorded message then gives tone to allow the caller to leave a message but drops after about 20 seconds.

Anyone else experiencing this?
 
Check the max recorded message time.

After talking to our vendor, it seems that the volume of the message was the problem. They increased the volume and now Unity isn't dropping the call.

We tested by having a person call in and talk in a normal voice and then call back and talk softer than normal. The first message recorded with no problem but the second message dropped while the person was still talking.

 
How do you turn up the volume?
