Using Unity 4.0(5), I want to set up an Auto Attendant so that external callers can ring a number, go straight through to Unity, get prompted to either dial the extension number or enter the lastname of the person and then press # to route the call.
I've got the bulk of this working as required, but when the Directory Handler recognises either the extension number or the name, it is sending the call straight through to the mailbox opening greeting rather than ringing the persons extension.
Is there any way to get the Directory Handler to hand the call back to the switch and then only go to the mailbox opening greeting if the person is unavailable ?
