Unity - Dial Extension During Greeting

Hello,

I have a site where you used to be able to dial another entension while you where listening to the greeting. For whatever reason that's not working now but I checked it on my phone and it works. Both sites are on a centralized Pub and Sub. This site is in Las Vegas where they now have to dial 10 digit for local. I'm wondering if something in my translations might have messed this up. Any ideas where to start looking? Thanks

Which greeting, Call Handler, Mailbox or ... ?
Are they trying to dial an actual extension, or are they tring to dial an external 10 digit number?
What release software are you on in wherever they are getting the greeting ?
What if anything happens when they try to dial ?
