Unity Connection - "express message" type of service

Is is possible to set up a service on Unity Connection (R 7.x) that works like the Nortel "Express Message Service" where callers dial a number, are given a prompt to enter a mailbox number and then go right to recording and bypass ringing the telephone? I can't seem to see how to do this and I'm sure I've just overlooked something simple.

go to each mailbox and under the transfer function change it from transfer to extension to send it directly to the mailbox. Don't remember the exact syntax but that's where it is. You can run the bulk edit tool to change all the mailboxes at one shot.
