hi all,
I am still new to the wonderful world of Cisco so try and be kind. I am setting up a Demo in my lab with a CUCM 7.1 and Unity Connection. I have the analog lines answering into the standard greeting no problem but when i set up a new call handler with a greeting I get a canned "Sorry" before the greeting kicks in. My question is how do I get rid of that canned "sorry" before the greeting?
