Unity Connection BAT files

Does anyone know of a method to BAT user into Unity Connection for Distribution Lists?

This is from CUC 8.5 help:

To Create System Distribution List Members

1.In Cisco Unity Connection Administration, expand Tools, then select Bulk Administration Tool.

2.On the Bulk Administration Tool page, in the Select Operation section, select Create.

3.In the Select Object Type section, select Distribution List Members.

4.In the Select File section, in the CSV File field, enter the full path of the applicable CSV file, or select Browse and locate the file.

5.In the Failed Objects Filename field, enter the name of the failed objects report file. For example, enter errors.csv.

6.Select Submit.

BAT begins creating distribution list members and displays the summary page when the operation has completed.
