Unity Connection and Mailbox Preferences

Unity Connection 8.5.
The mailbox preference default for new messages is to play the newest first and the oldest last.
I can change it to play the oldest first by using the PCA Assistant webpage, but that is a per mailbox change.
Is there a way to change the preference default to play the oldest 'new' message first,
so all current and future mailboxes will default to it ?

You will have to set up a user template, set to all the specifics you want, then use it going forward. This of course will not change your existing mailboxes, I think they will have to be done one at a time. This can also be done in the Unity GUI on the Playback message settings page for each mailbox. It may be a bit quicker than using the PCA page for each phone.

You can do it for all users that you need to via the Bulk Edit tool.

Thanks folks. I can't believe I overlooked the Playback Message ability to make the change (more than once).
