Unity Connection 9.x roles question

I have a user that I don't want to have administrator access (yet) but I want him to be able to view unity connection administration pages. The technician role looks like it is fairly close to what I want. Cisco recommends not assigning users with mailboxes a role unless it is greetings administrator.

What is a typical practice? (not necessarily a Cisco practice).

Disregarding the roles, do you want him to have only read only access? Or the ability to do some stuff?

Read only access would be fantastic.

The closest thing youll get is the Help Desk Admin account. Basically read only access with the ability to reset pins/passwords.
