Unity Connection 8.5 basic user guide.

Good day. Talk about user guide cornucopia! I've looked and see many user guides but for our employees we just want a basic no frills user guide. All the guides I find on-line give way too much information which will mean allot more user problems and service calls. Is there just a basic user guide?

There is no publication such as that which you are looking for, mainly because one size does not fit all.

The recommendation would be that you create your own such document and distribute it to your users either in hard copy or electronically, or both.

The main thing to include, is instructions for how to access their office voice mail while away from the office.
