Unity Connection 7.1 Question

when I press the voicemail key on any 7xxx set i do not get prompted for the setup tutorial, it goes right into "SPELL THE LAST AND FIRST NAME" i know it is something i am missing!

any help on this would be great.

Do you have the correct voice mail profile on the phones?

Yes i only have 1 voicemail profile built other than the system default profile.
