Unity Connection 7.0 user cdr reports

Just migrated to Unity conn. 7.0. How would a run a CDR report on a single mailbox? In octel I could run a CDR report and it would show me all activity then update in real time for the next action.

I am trying to prove to a user that there was no message left in his mailbox despite the fact his client said he left one.
