Unity connection 7.0 greetings administrator

i built call handlers and was able to record the greetings from the admin page using the media master however I want the owner of the CH to be able to call the "greetings administrator" number, identify the CH she wants to record the standard greeting for and record the greeting.

Do I need to build a greetings admin CH to call to do this?
