I've been trying to set up access to greetings administrator but have been successful. Here's what I've done:
Configured a DN in CUCM and forwarded to VM
Created a direct routing rule that goes to the greetings administrator, for the Dialed Number in <DN>
Assigned the user permission to manipulate the call handler greeting
Which part am I missing?
