Unity Call Handler/AA Question

Is there a way to set up a call handler so that when a caller enters an end user's extension (any end user extension) that they go right to that user's greeting without ringing the phone.

You can do it off a specific option. Like press 1 to go to xxxx. But as far as a directory handler goes..im not sure without actually looking. I'll take a look tomorrow if I get a chance.

I believe you inherit the transfer rule of the subscriber mailbox. Under the transfer rule of the mailbox, you should see transfer action; Greeting and Extension. Select Greeting.
