The IT dept. has recently migrated to 2003 exchange from 5.5. After moving to new mail server, nobody within company was able to access voicemail. The red light on Cisco 7940 phone that usually is turned on when you receive new message was steady. When you try to access voice mail you get the following message: “service is temporary unavailable.” Also, nobody was able to get voice mail messages in Outlook. We were able to fix the problem by pointing to the right mail server. However, there is one user who still has the same problem, except that she gets the voice mail through the outlook. When she accesses her voice mail box on the phone, she gets the same message: “service temporarily unavailable.” Does anyone know what is going on?
