Does anyone know if Unity has the capability of Queing calls?

I'm bumping this post for possible responses. I'd like to know if Unity can que calls too or if we have to use IPCC.

Call queueing has been available as part of the Attendant Console software in CallManager since CCM 4.0(1). You could have Unity answer the call and give a welcome message then transfer to the attendant. If all operators are busy it will automatically queue the calls if configured to do so.


Compromise: Where I don't get what I want, but I'm happy because you didn't either.
