For the life of me, I cannot remember how to change
the extension number in the system that we can use
to re-record outgoing messages.

Our main number's recording needs to be updated and
although we have tried to listen and record the message
by using the phone option rather than computer option -
no dice.

When using the phone option, we don't know where the call
is going. It was supposed to be an extension numbr in the Technology office but apparently somehow that was changed.

Where do I make the change so we can have the phone in our
Technology office the phone to use to re-record these outgoing
messages?

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Go into the Greetings page and look at the Options drop down. Set the phone number on that page.
