Unity/ Active Voice

Hi all,

I have a customer with a Unity Voice Mail with unified messaging. I'm not at all familiar with this unit. I think it's a Rls 2.3
Is Unity Voice an Active Voice?

Problem seems to be that the admin password has become lost or corrupt. Anyone know how to reset this?

The default password for activevoice is sandy. If you have to press F2 to get to the password login it would be like the activevoice.
