Unity 7.1 question - email notification

DOes anyine know if there is a way to have Unity notify 2 different email addresses when new voice mail is left in a mailbox? I tried seperating the addresses with a ; but no lock and I can't find anything in the docs.

not in unity itself. You will need to do that on your exchange server.

Since there are two profiles, you can just configure both the same and give each one a different address in it. However, if we have to have more then two addresses alerted, we create a distribution list in our E-mail system and have Unity send to that. Not perfect, but gets the job done.

Thanks for the feedback. We are going to set up a dist. list in email for this - seems to be the only solution at this time. Only needed for a small number of support people.

Maybe I don't understand the question but, all I have had to do is "Add New" SMTP under the Notification Devices. I have had to do this a few voice mail users. We are running 7.0.
