Unity 6.1 help

I have a user that accidentaly deleted his voicemail messages, is there a way to undelete the messages ?

I was not aware there is Unity version 6. I thought it went from 5 to 7. Is this unity connection? If so there is a system setting on how long to keep a deleted message.

I'm sorry but it is UNity 5.0, CUCM 6.1, I think we have the purge set to 7 days. But how do you retrive individual messages ?

I don't believe that's an option in unity, where is the setting you are reffering to set the purge to 7 days?
If you are reffering to the system configuration setting that is for logs, reports and diagnostic files not deleted messages.

If that is an option you probably need to access the mailbox through personal communications assistant (PCA) or an outlook client pointing to the unity inbox.
