Hello - I've got a Unity 10 (Linux 10.0.1.12900-2 (system, and Call Manager 9.1.
I have one user with a time-stamp on her alternate greeting 1 hour off from current time. Her voicemail box was set to mountain time, so I checked the box to use the system default time. That didn't work. She isn't using any other extension except her own, so I have no idea what the problem is. I set up an alternate greeting on my personal phone, and it worked just as it should. I checked her Exchange mailbox, but didn't see any time-stamp settings there.
Short of rebooting Unity, does anyone have any ideas?
