Do any of you have an awesome UK or Ireland contact person I can speak with? I believe I had one but no longer have the info. I can try to get some contacts from some other sources, but I respect my Tek-Tips friends opinions first
We are possibly looking at Volt Delta ... or does anyone have some stories to share about Cloud ACD/PBX? My opinion is that it is not yet 'mature' enough and have heard many issues regarding one-way audio (usually codec/protocol mismatch) and other call quality issues and service outages. Not to mention potential security-related issues. Anyway, I am hoping for some candid discussion. Thanks in advance!
