I need to use statistical accounts and I'm not sure if I should use unit accounts or set up a non-financial general ledger account.

I need to track head count, production results, etc.

According to the manual, unit accounts should work for this since you post quantities and not $$$$. However, in reading it mentions that unit accounts do not appear on financials.

I would need the stats to appear on the financials.
Ex: Total company Head Count: xxx
Total BF shipped: xxxxxxx

Does anyone know if you can show unit accounts on the financials if you want to? I am just setting up these accounts and not sure if unit accounts will serve my purpose.

If you are using FRx for your financial reports, you can show Unit Accounts on them. What you're looking for is precisely what Unit Accounts are designed to do, I would recommend that as the way to go.
