Hi I installed squid on my 4.9 FreeBSD machine and was wondering what is the proper way of unistalling it?

How did you install it?

If you installed it with [tt]make install[/tt] in /usr/ports/ you can do [tt]make deinstall[/tt]

If you have pkgtools installed, you can use [tt]pkg_deinstall squid[/tt]
