The background: web chat form has 4 fields available -- first name, last name, e-mail address, and query [textarea]. The rest such as skillset, etc are hidden fields. That works.
The problem: If I go back to the form again and tried chatting again, it prevents me from talking with an agent. Found it was because of duplicate e-mail address in the database somewhere. Tried a made up e-mail address, and it worked. Just won't work if e-mails were previously "entered" in the system.
The question: How do tell SWCP that it's ok if the same user came back again and wanted to chat?
Thanks!
