I need to setup a bulk address and a computer that runs 24/7 receiving spam messages collected by an outside service anti-spam service (MessageLabs). But I do not want spend much time maintaining that computer and manually deleting all mail older than 14 days.

I need to know if there is any way I can setup Outlook 2003 to delete all mail that is older than 14 days every day without my intervention. Have some kind of clean up schedule running that will just get rid of it all on regular basis. Does anyone know a way of doing that?
I could even look into a different mail client if need be.

can't think of anything other than an archive and then deleting it or some such !

Laters, phat, headshape

Take a look at the autoarchive options.

Thanks I found it already. I always ask questions and do research later for some reason. seems that there is nothing unique in the setup I was looking for.
