Unique Error in InfoView

Hi All

I have a user who is using Infoview built on BOXI Rel2, when this user schedule's a
crystal report for example report 'A' and after entering the parameters and clicking
schedule the page changes to the history but report 'A''s report name changes however
still appears in report 'A's history page. When report is opened the report is the same as
it should be......

Anyone any ideas why this could be happening?

After report 'A' is scheduled, infoview changes to the history screen showing what stage the report is at 'Pending, Running, Successfull etc'...this report still does that but the scheduled instance's report name changes to another crystal report's name e.g. Report 'B'. The user has tried this various times and the name always changes to Report 'B'.

Any ideas?

Hi,
Look at the CMC page for that report's schedule and be sure that no custom name has been chosen as a default to use when that report is run.
