Uniprocessor Server reports ACPI Multiprocess PC in Device Manager

I've got a Uniprocessor server running Windows Server 2003 SP1. When I go into Device Manager, under Computer, I see "ACPI Multiprocessor PC". The machine only has a single processor. I noticed this when I set the machine up a month ago, but it worked then and I didn't think twice about it until now. Now I've got an odd issue where it won't boot (hangs at splash screen), but that's another issue (see

Is this something I should be concerned about or is this normal behavior?
