We are using Uniprint because of the large number of assorted printer our users have. Here's the problem:
User launches Word via Citrix and prints without any problems. Every app they launch prints without error. The user launches Outlook 2000 and when they try to print they get an error stating that no printer has been installed. This happens in Outlook only regardless of who logs into that machine.
If the users logs into Outlook from another machine, then goes back to their machine (leaving the first machine connected)they are now able to print from Outlook.
We have called Uniprint and they know of no problem with Outlook. This problem only happens on a small number of machines and is only fixed by reformatting the computer.
PS Outlook Express prints just fine through Uniprint.
