We just upgraded to v9, and are using UniPhi connect instead of Winset. With Winset, if an agent received a call, the window would pop up with the ANSWER button, and the phone would ring (audio path) at the same time. Now with UniPhi, the agent gets selected for a call, the ANSWER button pops up, but the audio path is not established until the ANSWER button is pressed. Does anyone know if this is configurable. We would like the phone to ring (audio path) at the same time the agent is selected, and would ratehr not wait for the call to get answered.
