Unintentional border around exported graphics 1

I'm sure I'm missing something completely obvious, BUT...

When I save an image for the web from Illustrator, I'm able to set the mat color and the image blends perfectly. When I export an image from CorelDraw v.12, I always get a border approximately 1px around the image, making it impossible to create seamless backgrounds or even images I can place over a colored background. Even a GIF with a transparent background has this border around the background. I just don't see any options to get rid of this. What am I missing?
 
Anti alaising - try turning it off/on I can never remember which

Yes, that was it. I told you it was something stupid. That's what you get for trying to apply one program's logic to another.
