Uninstalling VSE 8.0 using EPO

Due to reasons beyond my control I'm having to uninstall VSE 8.0 from about 300 windows XP machines to make way for symantec.

I have a batch file to remove the epo agent but really don't fancy going round to each machine to uninstall the program

VSE 8.0 was originally deployed by EPO 3.5 and so i'm hopeing there is a way to uninstall it using EPO, but for the life of me, I can't find it.

Any ideas?

Look at the settings under your deployment task. Set the action for VSE8 to 'Remove'.

After VSE is removed from a machine you can remove the agent by simply right-clicking on it in your console and selecting Delete. Then it will pop up with 'Are you sure?' and it will have a checkbox to also remove the agent from the machine.
