Uninstalling second version of Win2k

I have win2k pro installed twice on my harddrive because i had to replace a corrupted file in the original version. Now i have replaced it and my original version now works. I don't want the 2nd version i installed anymore. How do i uninstall it?

Just deleted the directories when you are using the working version of win2k. Then edit boot.ini to show the correct location of the working version
