Uninstalling Outlook Express 6

Does anyone know of an easy way to uninstall outlook express version 6.0.2800.1106? I need to get it off the computer so I can use a spam fightin program. I really don't have the time to do it the renaming all the files way. Any help is greatly appreciated.
