uninstalling mcafee using script

Guys,

Need help in securing a startup script that would uninstall mcafee antivirus then will install a nod32 antivirus software. This script will be employ in startup using group policy. I need the script runs before the users logon.

Ideas of everyone is highly appreciated. Thank you very much for your help....

This would be fairly easy to do if you can identify the registry keys and files that need to be removed. Provide a list and I'll help you with the script.
