uninstalling hardware??

I'm not exactly a computer expert, but I recently installed a new webcam. I decided that I didn't like the program very much, so I decided to uninstall the software. That was the easy part--I just went to Add/Remove Programs and uninstalled the webcam software. But I have a question about the actual camera... do I just unplug it out of the USB, or do I have to go somewhere and uninstall it "officially"? I'm not that familiar with adding and removing hardware...

Go into Device Manager and just make sure your camera is not listed there. Just unplug the camera.
